FLU-B-GONE

A recap of last week at the Sherck household

• Sunday: Brady sick with the flu
• Monday: Brady sick, Mom headache during evening
• Tuesday: Brady sick, Mom headache and  small fever in afternoon and evening fever 103.5
• Wednesday: Brady on the mend, Mom in bed with flu
• Thursday: Mom in bed with flu
• Friday: Mom in bed with flu
• Saturday: Mom out of bed, but still low grade temp
• Sunday: Headed to church as a family, relaxed around the house and made taco soup in the crock pot for dinner.

We would not wish this flu on ANYONE and sure hope this nasty bug does not reach your home.  Please remember to wash your hands often, drink a lot of fluid and be healthy to stay healthy!  We are so glad that Daddy and Bennett have not gotten the flu and are praying that they stay healthy!

Our Mom is still sleeping in the guest room tonight (for the 5th night in a row) but think she's beginning to truly feel better even though still having a few sweats here & there. Thank you to our awesome, awesome daddy for taking care of us during the nighttime so that Mom could rest up and get better.  She sure was sick.  We hate the flu and need our Mama back!  Mama must love him too because I hear she's letting him go fly fishing tomorrow?!?!?!  Um, hello Dad - why are you always so secretive about these things...why can't we come with you?
