Then we stopped at Pottery Barn and I got a brand new quilt, sham & sheets. We brought it all home, then Dad and I worked in my room taking down the crib. I was a little nervous, not really sure what he was doing!

I was first blowing my fish mobile, and then singing "no more monkey's jumping on the bed!!"So, you're all wondering how the first night went? Well, five minutes and I was sound asleep in my new bed with all of my animals and blankies. I slept through the night until Dad woke me up at 8am. For my naptime today, I fell asleep by the door with my blankie, but Mom must've "transferred" me to the bed after I fell asleep because I woke in my comfy new bed! This is definitely a milestone and a great step for me as I prepare to be a big brother. The next few weeks may be tough, but I know my parents don't play any games so wish us BOTH luck! I sure don't want to be standing by my door screaming every night this week but if its something they'll make me do...I'll cope, I guess.
