It's a long post: 15 months old and rockin' and rollin'

Hey guys - next year, you better BRING ME ON YOUR VACATION!!!!!!!!
It started with a cancelled flight and lost luggage, but my parents had a FANTASTIC trip to Aruba for their vacation. They loved every minute on the island and can't wait to go back. A few pics below of their trip. Suprise, suprise, they did a lot of market shopping like the pic below and can you believe it? All they bought was a tshirt.
This was their daily view from the resort. Not bad! They reserved Palapa 95.
No, they didn't forget their SPF, just didn't quite have enough SPF's for the Arubian sun.
Silly close up.
One of the many date nights out for the trip - the food was WONDERFUL.
This is the drink that kept them cool...and relaxed.
Dad hiked about 3 miles up the shore to do some ladyfish fly fishing a couple of the mornings and he caught this shot along with his fish.
While Ma & Da were soaking up the sun in Aruba, Gma & Gpa California came to visit and we had a blast! Some pics attached from the 7 full days with them. I went to see Great Grandma Lucy & GGpa Roy (below is Gma Lucy)
I was showing off my new teeth to all of the people at the restaurant.
Here's me, Gma and Gpa. Thank you for coming to stay with me...you exhaust me but it was all worth it (even my ear infection)
We went to the MOA and I got to go on the carousel!
Pooped out after a long day.
Out to eat a lot - I LOVE drinking with straws now (or, just playing with them)
Lastly, this morning Mom had to work so Daddy took me to see Dr. Marybeth for my 15 month check-up appt. The verdict? We don't have exact digits because we accidently left the sheet at the office, but I'm about 75% in height and 25% in weight and have a normal size head. I have had a cold lately and found out that I also have another ear infection, so - more of that icky pink stuff. No more bottles for me, and poo - she said I only get my pacifier at night now, and she even said something to Dad about start talking about getting out of my crib??! Huh, I don't think so. I love my cribbidy crib.
At my age, she said most kids are saying about 3-5 words but I blew her mind today. Here are some of the words I can say at 15 months: Mama, Daddy, baby, hello, hockey, thank you, please, blue ball, good throw, book, fish "shish", truck, car, bubbles, cookie, go, two, and three. I'm starting to babble in sentences and then look at my parents with a goofy look like they should really understand. I had two shots today too. At this stage in my life, my favorite food is no longer cheetos, but thin mints girl scout cookies. Whatever scientist developed those should get a huge raise, and whoever developed such small packaging with not too many cookies should get a new job. One more thing that I hate to admit: I'm starting to throw little tantrums. Whenever I do though - my parents just laugh. What is that all about?
We've been very busy around this house. This last weekend got a chance to meet Mr Jax Murphy and also went to see Aunt Cami ref at Concordia college. My Mother's camera is on the fritz so there may not be pics for awhile until she can figure out how the sun fried her camera in Aruba.
Hope everyone is well - XOXO Lata!
