I'm pretty cute, huh? Yeah - yeah, I know. In the picture above I tried to give a thumbs up and wink at the same time but it was too hard to do.
Wow, I had a crazy last week. I stayed over night at Gma and Gpa Shercks house all week! My mom is FINALLY home from her trip to Ohio. I had so much fun but, boy - I am happy to have her home. Hey, cousin Michael, Happy Birthday dude. You're so old ...three years old!
News flash - I go to daycare on Monday! I'm very excited but a few people have told me that I'll probably get sick. Oh well. I'll be sure to wash my hands (in my mouth) as much as I can to prevent getting sick. My mom already has a "daycare" bag ready for me with a bunch of stuff to leave at Shelli's house. I hear that I am going to be meeting a bunch of new friends and I cannot wait. It's good that I'm going to daycare too - because my mom is going to be very busy at her job. Her company is crazy! She tells me that she's excited and I wish her the best of luck.
I thought I'd make a quick post tonight because dad is at the Trout Unlimited banquet and mom is making cheeseburger pizza. I'm just hangin' out watching her. Tomorrow we have the Moore family coming to see me before dad heads out to Pelican lake again to go fishing with the boys. This has got to stop. I get so freakin' jealous that I can't go fishing I just cry and cry when he leaves. I can't wait until spring when I can go along in the baby bjorn when daddy goes fly fishing on the river.
Look what I got in the mail two weeks ago? Know why this hat is so special? Because it came in a box shipped all the way from Africa. Mom's good friend Cracky (yes, that's her nickname) lives there and had a woman knit it for me for 30 cents! What a deal! It's a little big but I promise I'll grow into it soon. Thanks Cracky-dackly. I haven't met you in person but I just know deep in my heart that you're one cool chick.
Other than that, I'm just spending my time eating, sleeping, pooping, playing, talking and yes, smiling. It's really very fun. See in the picture below? I have this piece of hair that always stands straight up on the top of my head. Dad calls me Alfalfa all of the time. Sheesh - he's a funny guy.
